This is my favorite hotel in Yekaterinburg. The staff at the desk is attentive, the breakfast is very good. The hotel is clean and in good condition. WiFi is free , but you need a russian phone number as you get a SMS code for access.

I was pleasantly delighted with my stay, I highly recommend the upgrade to the suite it is very comfortable and spacious. The staff was very hospitable and helpful in every way. All front desk staff are multilingual and eagerly await to assist you. They make it a point to get to know every customer.The breakfast buffet is exceptionally hearty and rotated daily and is always fresh and hot. The hotel is attached to one of the largest indoor water parks that I've ever seen that is family friendly. The hotel offers 24/ 7 room service with a good variety or visit the restaurant on property, the staff there is also very friendly and hospitable. And for those that want to do a little shopping there is a large mall adjacent to the hotel with a wide variety of store and a food court for those that are homesick and need a quick sandwich from Subway or McDonalds. All in all I would rate this property a 4.7 on a scale of 5 and I will stay there on my next trip.

The hotel is in very run down, far away from town. Rooms in general poor state, sparsely furnished, beds, bedding and towels in poor condition.
