Elevators out of order . Only rooms available above 10th floor. Im 76. I CANNOT CLIMB 10 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS. 😫 we had to find another hotel last minute. Hotel wont offer refund & hotels.com wont respond. Isn't this a circumstance that deserves some sort of compensation especially since i have been a loyal constomer for years?

They are remodeling the hotel so there is a lot of dust and noise everywhere at any time and there are a lot of bugs (cockroaches). Also the contractors are using the same elevator than hosts and they carry up their tools full of dust

they are remodeling this place and 8:00 you hear a lot of drilling banging don't expect to sleep late

The property is currently under MAJOR renovations! Front Desk informed us that they will be complete in November 2024. Until then, i would recommend this property for only a one night stay, as we did. The reservation price did seem to reflect the inconvenience of the construction. The room itself was clean and comfortable.
Front desk staff were absolutely great!
