Hotel is great. Staff at check in was knowledgeable. They speak perfect English and procedure was smooth and very quick.
Room is big enough with a nice view. Bathroom was perfectly clean with all amenities which you may need. Bed was comfortable and pillows was soft.
Nice gesture was complimentary bottle of water.

Hotel was good but felt like it was abandoned. Pool closed and surrounds all closed down and construction going on. Often at breakfast more staff than customers.
in the bar only one choice of beer and very little else.

When we first went to our room after a smooth 17:30 check in, there was a repairman there who still needed to finish a task. We had to return to the lobby to be assigned another room. The front desk personnel were helpful and even accompanied us on the elevator to our new room. Unfortunately, the new room was not stocked with basic toiletries such as hand soap.
