Ok clean room, ok breakfast, good gym, nice but cold indoor pool. Changing rooms in fitness area could be used after checkout before leaving for airport. Airport pickup ok. Reasonable rates.

Booked a room with a city view... the view was of the roof and a slice of the city. Bedroom was clean and spacious however the 'sofa' was badly stained. The bathroom was old and tired. Good hot water pressure thought. Housekeeping staff were extremely helpful and efficient Meals were excellent. ALL restaurant staff iexcellent. Unfortunately the spa & hair salon were only open to men which was a major disappointment. Women have not been considered in this area which is a missed opportunity! Instead women have a 'gym' (hardly) on the first floor, with just a few treadmills, a couple of yoga mats and random weights. In addition the provision of just 1 toilet and handwashing facilities means having to queue. Given that there are many women staying at the hotel surely better facilities for women should be provided! Hotel location is ok.

Staff pleasant but foodquality was very poor. Didn't get my wake-up call and although my room was pre-paid they tried to have me pay for the room again at. check-out.
