Very well located for public transportation and shopping, very friendly staff. Clean and quiet, comfortable. Breakfast is not recommended though - not western, not Korean, a simple fusion set menu not worth the money. Overall the hotel is highly recommended.

The only thing good was the convenience going to and from the State Convention for the VFW & Auxiliary held in Jonesboro this year.
There was no microwave when I got there, which was advertised as being there. The tub and shower were leaking for 2 days without being fixed even though the manager was made aware of the leak. I booked a smoking room and noted when I got there all rooms were non-smoking. The hair drier did not work. There was an ironing board and no iron.
I will make sure that anyone I know does NOT ever book this hotel for any reason.
