فندق مقرف بمعنى الكلمه اثاث معفن رائحة الموكيت ماتقدر تنام منها خدمه سيئه لايستحق المبلغ المدفوع نهائياً ازعاج النزلاء لانه فندق عايش على القروبات فقط واضح انه كان مشفى وتحول الى فندق

Lovely stay right next to the zoo with plenty of save in the bar area

Hotel looked lovely from outside When you arrive in our room it wasn’t the cleanest. Dust everywhere. There was 3 of us staying in the room. So a sofa bed had been pulled out but was a little too close to the double bed. So we pulled the other side of the sofa bed out. Omg the rubbish was unbelievable. The mattress was disgusting marked and stained to hell. Bathroom needed a clean l. Rooms need a good clean and a refit for the price we paid. Breakfast not the best.but depends on what you like Bacon under cooked baked beans burned on the bottom of pot. No veggie sausages did say they were on the menu. We paid premium because Robbie Williams was in town just short of £600.
