Great experience staying at the Regent. Service was excellent and very welcoming. Taxi service very convenient. Mattress seemed firm but I slept great. They were doing construction during the day a few floors up but it was hardly noticeable apart from the first day when we were napping due to jet lag.

Priority in garage parking should be done for hotel residents. We have to water in public line more then 30 minutes just to get into garage where we had a dedicated parking space.

Hotel staff are really helpful! Room is spacious and the roof top pool is awesome. The only thing that I could criticise is the transportation and the interior design of the lobby and corridor is quite old fashioned and dark
