The Longbeach Campground

I booked this hotel through hotels.com website. In the website , it was mentioned that the authentic tent has twin and single beds, but the tent has only mattresses. Besides, the tent has only fans for cooling and not AC, which was also not mentioned in hotels.com website. By the way the service and food and staff were perfect and it was a unique and memorable stay

Went for a long family weekend with our two kids (5 and 3 years old). Very family oriented for the most part. Our booking included lots of activities that were kid friendly such as petting zoo, water sports, sand castle building, pizza making, karate, arts and crafts, movie under the stars and marshmallow roasting at a bonfire. The little zoo where kids can see some animals and ride a pony, the guy who was managing it was very rude. They required visitors to put on mask, but the mask box they were providing was empty. He asked me to go out. I asked him how long to wait for the mask delivery, he said not sure, just go out. And he kept putting a finger in front of my face when he was talking to me. I asked him is it the way he talked to women? Please apologize. He replied don’t talk to me and kept putting one finger in front of my finger. Well, I don’t think that’s the attitude and service we come here for. That’s the worst experience I had in a resort or hotel. Also the kids scooter, we went many times, but never got it because all scooters were broken. I don’t think there is a reason to go back for my family. But to be fair, all the other staff were very nice and professional.

staff could be more friendly and helpful bathrooms should have an attendant all the time activities could be a little vibrant like the dance sessions was excellent food could be a little more tastefull

It was amazingly perfect experience! from checking in until check out. I had so much fun on activities especially salsa dancing, and darting. Highly recommended for team building, family bonding or even solo. Even youre alone you will feel belonged because the staffs were friendly and warmly join you to all activities they had provided. Moreover, the sea view and the morning sunrise was breathtakingly mersmerizing! and lastly I really apreciated all the staffs. Well done and well spent 2 days vacation at long beach camp ground! on the other side, it would have been more pretty amazing if they added more seafood choices like shrimps and squids!, over all it was one of the best VACATION i had in my life!
