The room was spacious with a bathtub and I could open my suitcase. It was renovated, so it was new and clean. The breakfast was crispy and had a lot of fruit. The man who carried my suitcase to the car on the morning of March 23rd when I checked out was incredibly kind and I am grateful.

I was supposed to get 2 rooms - one with double and one with twins but ended up with both rooms being twin. There was no safe and the fridge didn’t get cold.

Staff at check in where not very welcoming and they where not very forthcoming with information upon checking out the lift was not working and we had to lug all our bags down the fire escape will no assistance from hotel staff my partner & I are in our late 60,S and we had some younger guests help bring our luggage down after going down one flight our selfs and when we did check out they didn’t even ask how our stay was I would never recommend this hotel again
